The consultant is paid a flat fee per draw inspection. The maximum amount that can be charged for this fee is set by HUD and is a standard fee nation wide
The draw fee is automatically calculated for you and invoiced to the client
Makeover collects the fee from the lender for you and pays you for each completed draw inspection. The total fee paid out on a draw includes the fee PLUS milage
If the consult is more than a 30 mile round trip from your place of business. The client will pay $0.65 per mile - This mileage fee is based on the IRS allowable fee for mileage
The mileage is automatically calculated for you and invoiced to the client
Makeover collects the fee upfront for you before you do the site visit
MAKEOVER pays out 100% of the mileage fees to the Consultant.
MAKEOVER keeps approximately 60% of the initial site visit & draw inspection fees
These fees cover, marketing, administrative, report creation, invoice & collections, electronic signature of all documents, training, support, software fees, mobile app, sales & marketing, change order processing, automation, cost to obtain the order/lead, plus overhead and profit
