The MAKEOVER network of Renovation Consultants and Draw Inspectors is the only one of it's kind in the nation. Others can provide many of the same services, but not ALL of our services and with such quality, speed and coverage area. Plus our network leverages MAKEOVER's other strengths such as a large network of inspectors, contractors, realtors and lenders.
STEP BY STEP

We will schedule a call once we know you are interested
1. We will gather more information about you and your inspection business
After we receive your basic information, and send you more information to review and see if the opportunity is a good fit for you and your business. We will invite you to schedule a call.
2. Scheduled Call with a Makeover Team Member to discuss the opportunity
Lets see if you are a good fit and if you qualify for an exclusive territory. We want to get to know you and answer any additional questions. You will need to have the ability to do a video call because several of the hands on training sessions are done via live computer video call.
3. APPLICATION FILLED OUT TO GET STARTED
After we receive your completed application the onboarding team will schedule a call with you to review it and answer any additional questions
4. Subcontractor Agreement
Each Certified Specialist is required to sign our Sub Contractor Agreement. This agreement lines out duties, pay, non disclosure, non circumvention and other aspects to working with Makeover
5. Start Makeover University Training (Online Training at your own pace)
This is how we teach you what we know and go over the entire process from start to finish. We also match you up with an experienced Consultant that will be your Mentor and be available to coach you through scenarios, answer questions and even jump on calls with you and a client to assist as needed.
6. makeover MOBIle App Training
We have build a custom app that will make your job, fast, easy and industry leading. We will do both online and field training as needed so you become familiar with the app and how it makes the process easy and fast. The app has built in automations to make you look like a rock star right out of the gates. You will be able to perform consults like a seasoned pro from day one
7. Apply for HUD CONSULTANT NUMBER
We help you obtain your HUD Consultant #, by using our proven template and process. You will need a HUD # to perform your duties
8. Marketing & SALES
We will do several things to promote your business as a Consultant. Such as Google My Business, Custom Landing Page, Help you get on the HUD list and on Lenders preferred Consultants list. Plus we will market to your provided contacts to let everyone know that you now offer additional services.
9. TRAINING COMPLETION CALL & SELECT YOUR TERRITORY
Each territory has two consultants assigned. Tier One & Tier Two. Once you finish training you will have a call to discuss the training and to answer any additional questions. Then we will help you pick your territory. Territories are filled on a first come basis, so the faster you complete training the better.
10. Ready to assign Consult projects to you so you can get Hands On Field
