HOW DOES MAKEOVER MAKE MONEY?

MAKEOVER takes a % of the Fees charged to the client

MAKEOVER pays out 100% of the mileage fees to the Consultant.

MAKEOVER keeps approximately 60% of the initial site visit & draw inspection fees

These fees cover, marketing, administrative, report creation, invoice & collections, electronic signature of all documents, training, support, software fees, mobile app, sales & marketing, change order processing, automation, cost to obtain the order/lead, plus overhead and profit

EXAMPLE FEE SPLIT

MAKEOVER takes a % of the Fees charged to the client

$500 fee paid by client =

$200 paid to Consultant + 100% of the mileage fee

$800 fee paid by client =

$320 paid to Consultant + 100% of the mileage fee

$350 draw fee paid by client =

$140 paid to Consultant + 100% of the mileage fee

We only invoice you a small referral fee for the lead
