Fee Based on Cost Of Repairs Consultant Fee Mileage Paid to Consultant
$0 to $15,000 $200 + mileage $0.65 cents per mile
$15,001 to $30,000 $240 + mileage $0.65 cents per mile
$30,001 to $50,000 $280 + mileage $0.65 cents per mile
$50,001 to $75,000 $320 + mileage $0.65 cents per mile
$75,001 to $100,000 $360 + mileage $0.65 cents per mile
$100,001 and above $400 + mileage $0.65 cents per mile
Mileage Charge (if travel distance exceeds 30-mile round trip from consultants place of business) $0.65 cents per mile.
Additional fee for each additional unit on the property under the same FHA Case Number and/or property description (up to a HUD maximum of a four unit dwelling) Consultant’s Fee is $50.00 per unit.

The consultant is paid a % of the initial consult fee. This fee is based on the Renovation Costs and the fee structure is set by HUD and is a standard fee nation wide
The consult fee is automatically calculated for you and invoiced to the client
Makeover collects the fee upfront for you before you do the site visit

If the consult is more than a 30 mile round trip from your place of business. The client will pay $0.65 per mile - This mileage fee is based on the IRS allowable fee for mileage
The mileage is automatically calculated for you and invoiced to the client

The consultant is paid a flat fee of $140 plus mileage for each draw inspection site visit

You will charge your standard fees. Just remember Makeover will invoice you $50 for the referral. If you want you can increase your standard fee by $50 to offset the cost of the referral fee
You collect this fee directly from the client and simply pay the invoice that is sent to you by Makeover
The $50 Referral Fee Paid To Makeover for the home inspection is do after you have collected your fee from the client
HOW DOES MAKEOVER MAKE MONEY?
MAKEOVER takes a % of the Fees charged to the client
MAKEOVER takes a % of the Fees charged to the client
MAKEOVER takes a % of the Fees charged to the client
MAKEOVER pays out 100% of the mileage fees to the Consultant.
MAKEOVER keeps approximately 60% of the initial site visit & draw inspection fees
These fees cover, marketing, administrative, report creation, invoice & collections, electronic signature of all documents, training, support, software fees, mobile app, sales & marketing, change order processing, automation, cost to obtain the order/lead, plus overhead and profit
